Service Agreement: Rooted Fertility Mindset Membership

This Agreement is made between:

• Provider: The Wholesome Fertility Corp ("Company")

• Member: [Member’s Name] ("Client")

1. Membership Overview: The Rooted Fertility Mindset Membership is a monthly subscription providing access to fertility hypnosis, guided meditations, and mindset exercises to support fertility wellness. This membership is self-paced and does not include live coaching or direct consultations.

2. Payment & Billing:

• The Client agrees to a monthly fee of $37 or an annual payment of $370.

• Payments are auto-renewed monthly or annually unless canceled.

• No refunds are provided once a billing cycle has begun.

3. Cancellation Policy:

• The Client may cancel at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

• The Company reserves the right to revoke access if payment fails or terms are violated.

4. No Guarantees: The Company does not guarantee specific fertility outcomes. The membership provides tools and resources to support mindset and emotional wellness but is not a substitute for medical care.

5. Intellectual Property:

• All content, including hypnosis recordings, meditations, and exercises, is proprietary and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed.
