Service Agreement: The Conception Code VIP Coaching

By purchasing this membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Overview:

   • The Conception Code VIP Coaching membership includes self-paced fertility education, live monthly coaching calls, Q&A sessions, and access to past fertility summits and the Fertility Holiday Bundle.

   • This membership includes all content from the Rooted Fertility Mindset Membership and Fertility Flow Academy as part of the package.

   • Members also receive full access to the Signature Fertility Course ($987 value) as part of their enrollment.

2. Payment & Billing:

   • The membership fee is $247 per month or $2,470 per year.

   • Payments are auto-renewed unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

   • No refunds will be issued once a billing cycle has started.

3. Cancellation Policy:

   • Members may cancel at any time, and access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

   • The Company reserves the right to terminate access if payment fails or if terms are violated.

4. Live Coaching Calls:

   • Calls occur monthly and are subject to scheduling adjustments.

   • Calls will be recorded and available for replay.

   • The Company is not responsible for missed calls due to Client availability.

5. No Guarantees:

   • The Company does not guarantee specific fertility outcomes. The program provides support, education, and expert guidance but does not replace medical care.

6. Intellectual Property:

   • All content, including recordings, course materials, and coaching insights, is proprietary and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed.

7. Disclaimer:

   • This membership is for educational purposes only and does not replace medical, psychological, or professional fertility treatment.
