Fertility Coaching Startup Training Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between The Wholesome Lotus Corp ("Company") and the individual enrolling in the Fertility Coaching Startup Training ("Participant"). By purchasing and participating in this program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

The Fertility Coaching Startup Training is an educational course designed to provide Participants with foundational knowledge, strategies, and resources to establish a fertility coaching practice. The program includes instructional materials, worksheets, and guidance on marketing, content creation, and professional development.

2. Payment & Enrollment

• The Participant agrees to pay the full amount as stated at checkout.
• Payment must be made in full or through an approved installment plan before access to course materials is granted.
• All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided once access is granted.

3. Program Access & Materials

• Upon successful enrollment, the Participant will receive access to the course content, including video lessons, worksheets, and downloadable resources.
• Course materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or shared with third parties.
• Access to the course is granted for the duration specified at enrollment. The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or remove materials at its discretion.

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• All content provided in the Fertility Coaching Startup Training, including videos, text, PDFs, and worksheets, is the exclusive property of The Wholesome Lotus Corp and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• The Participant may not reproduce, sell, or distribute course content without written permission.
• Sharing login credentials or granting unauthorized access to the course is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• This program is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, financial, or legal advice.
• The Company does not guarantee any specific results, such as client acquisition, business growth, or income generation. The success of the Participant depends on their individual efforts, skills, and market conditions.
• The Participant acknowledges that fertility coaching is not a substitute for medical care and agrees not to present themselves as a licensed medical professional unless properly certified.

6. Code of Conduct

• The Participant agrees to engage in the course and community (if applicable) with respect, professionalism, and integrity.
• Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior towards instructors, guest experts, or other students will result in removal from the program without a refund.

7. Certification & Continued Education Opportunities

• Completion of the Fertility Coaching Startup Training does not provide a certification in fertility coaching but serves as a foundational educational program.
• If the Participant wishes to pursue certification, The Wholesome Lotus Corp offers advanced training through The Wholesome Fertility Method Certification Program.

8. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state where The Wholesome Lotus Corp is registered.
• Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through mediation before any legal action is taken.

9. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By purchasing and participating in the Fertility Coaching Startup Training, the Participant agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
