The empty office

I was not short on skill.
I was short on reach.

About a year out of school, I signed a lease on a new office. My name on the door, rent of over two thousand dollars a month, and not one appointment on the calendar.

I would open my inbox in the mornings and laugh, because the only thing in there was crickets. I was licensed, trained, and good at what I did. Nobody knew I existed.

What got me out of that room was not confidence, and it was not a funnel or an ad budget. It was a handful of ordinary, repeatable, uncomfortable moves, done in a specific order. This guide is that order.

If you want to heal more people, you need to reach more people.
What's inside

Eight moves. One rule underneath.

Every move scared me. Some of them scared me for years. The rule that made me take them anyway: if you try, you have a fifty percent chance. If you don't, you have zero.

01

Get in a room every week

Why a networking group was my first move, and how weekly repetition becomes borrowed word of mouth.

02

Say it out loud before you feel ready

How speaking weekly, while terrified of speaking, built the skill that later reached thousands.

03

Turn word of mouth into a system

The 24-hour rule, the words that make patients refer, and the partners who send people your way.

04

Specialize before you feel qualified

The imposter-syndrome decision that made me easy to remember and easy to refer.

05

Start the thing that forces you to grow

The platform that took me from a local practice to thousands, and how to choose yours.

06

Get around people further down the road

How to create a real reason to talk to the experts you look up to.

07

Ask for the thing you think you can't have

The email that earned endorsements from authors I admired, and when to send yours.

08

Let the flop teach you, then keep going

The launch that got one or two sign-ups, and why it became the heart of my business.

Plus: a 30-day checklist so you know exactly what to do this week.

This guide is the starting point.

Fifty or zero

They will come.Once they can find you.

You already have the skill and the care. The gap is reach, and reach is built with moves like these.
